Three ways to order:
- By Phone: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00
PM (EST). Call our toll free number 1-866-7Pizzaz.
One of our lovely divas will be glad to take
your order.
- By Fax: any time, day or night. Fax your order
to 1-252-321-2512. Use our easy diva order
form to place your order. One of our lovely
divas will call you to confirm receipt of your
order.
- E-mail: E-mail us a completed order
form. One of our lovely divas will call
you to confirm receipt of your order and collect
payment information.
Order Fulfillment: You will
receive your merchandise within 3-10 business
days. Pizzaz can't always guarantee availability
of products. If you have ordered an item that
is not available, we will notify you of the situation.
Standard delivery orders will be shipped via United
Parcel Service (UPS).
We do not charge your credit card until your
order is ready to be shipped, and of course, we
do not bill you for items that are not available.
Shipping: The chart below shows our delivery
rates within the continental United States (we
do not ship to PO Boxes).

wrap is complimentary so simply ask and you shall

Return/Exchange Policy: We will
be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit
card account for any items you are not completely
happy with. The item MUST be returned to Pizzaz
within 14 days of the shipping date in unworn
and perfect condition (including original packaging
or carding of product). Ship prepaid and insured
with the package securely wrapped. Returns which
are received after 14 days are subject to a 50%
restocking fee. Shipping and handling on returned
merchandise is non-refundable.
Catalog: Sorry! We do not produce
a print catalog at this time. The Internet allows
us to add items and update our availability every
day. Make sure you check the website often!
